What motivates you to want to help people in a DUI case?

The motivation in helping people and really focusing our practice towards DUI is this charge of DUI is really what I consider a common-person charge; anyone can get it, whether you’re a doctor, a lawyer or a judge. With that being said it makes us a little bit
more passionate about fighting for your rights and fighting your case to prevent you from having any kind of criminal record.

And DUI’s are actually a very complex charge. There’s all sorts of legalities in the case, scientific evidence to fight the admissibility of; so it makes is a unique and challenging case, and that’s really why we focus a lot of our practice on it.
