If you’ve been arrested in Florida you’re entitled to a bond except in two circumstances; if you’re charged with a life felony or a capital felony then you’re not automatically entitled to a bond, or if you violate a probation. But if you are arrested on a first offense or any other kind of offense you’re eligible for a bond and all it takes is a posting of a bond – either by a friend or a family member – or getting a bondsman involved and then you’re able to bond out of jail.
