How does your experience as a former Assistant State Attorney impact my case?

Not only am I a former assistant State attorney, I was actually the lead DUI prosecutor in Seminal County, which means that every DUI in the county came across my desk.

During that time I also received specialized training from the manufacturer of the Intoxilyzer 8000, the only breath test approved for  use in the State of Florida. I had personal one-on meetings with the president of the company. I also met one-on-one with individuals from the Department of Transportation’s ________ Laboratory where they test breath-testing machines.

That training and experience I use now to help my clients in defending their case. As far as I’m aware I’m the only defense attorney who has had the access to manufacturer of the Intoxilyzer that I had. I’m not aware of any others within the State of Florida at least.

Also, I used to train prosecutors, I used to teach at Prosecuting Attorney’s Association School for DUI trials, and I used to teach the  prosecutors how to handle a DUI trial. I know the ins and outs of what they’re going to do and I know how to counter it. It’s very  important to have an attorney on your side who has the experience and knowledge to help you with your case.
